Isreal Hopes to Complete Gaza Troop Pull-Out by Tuesday

Hamas ( militant Islamist group ) called for its first news conference since the war, with two Hamas leaders from the government, to announce their victory and the morale of their followers growing steadfast. The site of the worst-hit areas is horrifying and the death toll had passed 1, 300 on Sunday. Decaying bodies covered the rubble-filled streets, with several Palestinians suffering from the trauma of losing friends, family and their homes. According to Taher al Nunu, 5000 homes have been destroyed, and 20,000 homes are partially destroyed. He announced that Isreal has killed everything except the will of the people, and insulting Isrealis inability to stop their rockets. In contrast, Isreal triumph in Gaza has boosted the moral of the people, and President Shimon Peres boasting that his army has achieved both a military and moral victory, while visiting injured soldiers. His appointed Isreali officials aim to withdraw troops by the time Barack Obama is inaugurated so the new President can focus of the rebuilding of Gaza, and empowering a new Palestine leader, rather than pressuring Isreali troops to withdraw. The rebuilding of Gaza will be sped up with a visit from United Nations secrectary-general, Ban-Ki Moon to an Arab summit, where King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia pledged a $1 billion contribution to a $2 billion reconstruction fund that Palestinians are seeking to institute into the rebuilding process.

From this we can obviously believe who is in control in this War. Isreali's objectives when entering Gaza, was to end the rule of Hamas, but it is Hamas that is calling for a one-week cease-fire and is asking Isreali troops to leave Gaza in one week. Although I believe that the cease-fire is necessary to prevent any more casualties. The policticians should have to pay with their time, to work the problems between these parties out, so that innocent civilians do not have to suffer
